Job Overview



We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Manager - Home Automation

to lead and expand our smart home and automation business across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market exposure, established industry relationships, and proven success in selling

home automation and ELV solutions

. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth while building and managing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute

sales strategies

to grow the home automation business across the UAE. Lead, mentor, and manage the

sales team

, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and growth targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities with

developers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end users

. Drive sales of smart home solutions including

lighting control, HVAC integration, AV systems, security, access control, BMS, and IoT solutions

. Build and maintain strong relationships with

key clients, partners, and suppliers

. Oversee preparation of

technical and commercial proposals

, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Coordinate closely with

design, engineering, and project teams

to ensure accurate system design and successful project delivery. Manage and monitor the

sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics

; provide regular reports to senior management. Analyze

market trends, competitor activities, and emerging home automation technologies

in the UAE. Represent the company at

client meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events

.

Candidate Requirements



Bachelor's degree in

Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field

.

5-10 years of sales experience

in

home automation, smart home, or ELV systems

within the UAE. Proven track record of

meeting and exceeding sales targets

. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. In-depth knowledge of

home automation systems, protocols, and system integration

. Excellent communication, presentation, and business development abilities.

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

. Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong

commercial and market acumen
