We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Sales Manager - Home Automation
to lead and expand our smart home and automation business across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market exposure, established industry connections, and proven leadership experience in selling home automation or ELV solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the home automation business in the UAE
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and margin targets
Identify and secure new business opportunities with developers, consultants, contractors, and end users
Drive sales of smart home solutions including lighting control, HVAC integration, AV systems, security, and BMS
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
Oversee preparation of technical and commercial proposals, pricing, and negotiations
Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate solutions and successful delivery
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics; report to senior management
Monitor UAE market trends, competitor activities, and emerging home automation technologies
Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline
Minimum
5-10 years of sales experience
in home automation, smart home, or ELV systems within the UAE
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
In-depth knowledge of automation systems, protocols, and system integration
Excellent communication, presentation, and business development skills
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
