Job Overview



We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven

Sales Manager - Home Automation (Project Sales)

to lead project-based sales initiatives for smart home and automation solutions across the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network within the construction and real estate sectors and a deep understanding of smart home technologies. This role demands a proactive professional capable of building long-term partnerships with developers, consultants, contractors, and system integrators to drive sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote

home automation systems

(lighting, HVAC, AV, security, shading, etc.) for large-scale residential and commercial projects. Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through an established network of

developers, MEP consultants, contractors, and architects.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including

lead generation, client presentations, technical discussions, proposals, contract negotiation, and project closure.

Collaborate with design and technical teams to deliver customized, value-driven automation solutions. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned

sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Conduct

market research and competitive analysis

to identify new trends and opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders. Represent the company at

trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events

to enhance market presence. Prepare and present accurate

sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates

to senior management.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in

Engineering, Business, or a related field.

10-15 years of proven project sales experience

in

home automation, ELV, smart home, or building technology systems

within the UAE market. Strong network and relationships across

real estate developers, consultants, and contractors.

In-depth knowledge of

smart home platforms

such as

KNX, Lutron, Control4, Crestron,

and similar technologies. Excellent

communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong

business acumen

with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Valid UAE Driving License

(own vehicle preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
