We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for our Holiday Homes business.
The main role is to convert homeowner leads into signed property listings.
You will speak to property owners, explain our services, and onboard their homes with us.
You should be confident in sales calls, meetings, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with homeowner leads and convert them into listings
Explain our holiday home management services clearly to property owners
Close listing agreements and onboard new properties
Achieve monthly and yearly onboarding targets
Build long-term relationships with property owners
Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams after sign-up
Maintain accurate lead and sales records and reports
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in Holiday Homes, Short-Term Rentals, Real Estate, or Hospitality
Strong understanding of the holiday homes market in Dubai
Excellent communication and closing skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Driving license and own car is an advantage
