Business Development Manager (Holiday Homes)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our holiday homes portfolio in Dubai. This role is focused on securing high-value residential properties for short-term rentals, building strong relationships with property owners and investors, and identifying growth opportunities in the market. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate sales, property acquisitions, and business development, with a deep understanding of DubaiaEUR(TM)s holiday home sector and regulatory landscape. Key Responsibilities: Property Acquisition: Identify and secure new properties for sales and leasing, negotiating agreements with property owners and investors. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors to drive ongoing business opportunities. Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and execute growth initiatives. Sales & Negotiation: Deliver compelling sales pitches, close high-value deals, and ensure successful onboarding of new properties. Performance & Compliance: Track key performance metrics, optimize deal structures, and ensure alignment with UAE real estate regulations. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, or acquisitions within DubaiaEUR(TM)s real estate sector . Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and communication abilities with a strategic, results-driven mindset. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of DubaiaEUR(TM)s real estate trends, regulations, and competitive landscape. Tech Proficiency: CRM software, MS Office, and real estate portals.
