For 25 years our client has been an international supply chain solution provider to retailers, brands and manufacturers and providing fright forwarding, warehousing, transportation and reverse logistics solutions throughout the world.
They are recruiting a Sales Manager for their freight forwarding business having 5-10 years of solid experience in developing and managing key accounts in sea and air freight. This position reports to General Manager-Sales.
Position Overview
To manage, generate and maximize the revenue through effective Sales & Services to the existing clients and identification of prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
To identify the business opportunities and acquire and manage key accounts to expand the business operations.
Act as a single point of contact to clients providing end-to-end sales solutions through effective coordination internally and externally with all the applicable parties.
To identify potential customers, negotiate as per price guidelines given and ensure maximization of profits and business opportunities.
To regularly visit existing clients validating service levels and to ensure their maximum satisfaction level on services and to develop new revenue streams.
To have excellent client management and build a strong referral process and leverage on existing client relationships to attract other large clients.
To assist add support the sales team by making joint sales calls and visits customer.
To ensure monthly revenue and profitability targets are achieved.
Build a sales pipeline for future quarterly business in line with annual growth plan.
