Job Description
Job Position: - Business Development Manager and Assistant Sales Manager Job location: - Dubai Experience: - Prior experience of at least 5-6 years into freight forwarding company in UAE. : - _ \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants must have minimum 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Similar role from the /logistics Freight Forwarding industry ( Air and Sea ). _
- UAE driving license is a must for Business Development Applicants. Should have good knowledge on Local market.
- Should be able to manage a team of 4-5 Salesman\'s under him.
- Securing new clients for the company and managing/retaining existing clients to enhance sales/profitability for the company.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients/agents/partners/vendors/organizations and forging new relationships to enhance the business of the company.
- Getting best rates for shipping lines/transporters/overseas agents
- leading, guiding, and supporting sales/operations teams
- Setting individual targets for the team members and supporting them to ensure that they achieve the same.
- Constant monitoring of ops team to ensure timely execution of jobs.
- Monitoring sales team on daily basis.
- Regular follow-up with the client to recover the outstanding payments.
- Preparations of reports for the Management.
- Carrying out market analysis on regular basis.
- Making marketing/sales plans and business projections to achieve the targets set by the Management.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
