About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the coffee roasting and wholesale distribution sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the coffee and hospitality sectors, including cafes, hotels, restaurants, and retail outlets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns that support sales objectives.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
Negotiate and close contracts with key clients and partners.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
Experience in the coffee, F&B, or hospitality industry preferred.
Strong business development skills and the ability to network effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
