Position Overview
ADNOC Distribution is seeking a Key Account Manager - Aviation Fuelling to manage strategic customer accounts in the assigned region. The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring uninterrupted fuelling operations, compliance with HSSEQ standards, and timely delivery of products and services. The position also oversees manpower planning, customer service, reporting, and safety operations to maintain ADNOC's operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fuelling operations across customer locations to ensure compliance with HSSEQ standards.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to meet monthly and ad-hoc fuel requirements.
• Oversee manpower allocation, authorization, and clearance processes to guarantee operational continuity.
• Act as the prime contact for customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely responses.
• Prepare, review, and approve monthly reports covering sales, maintenance, inspections, and safety activities.
• Ensure monthly inspections and audits are conducted to maintain compliance with ADNOC and HSSEQ standards.
• Plan and manage fire drills, audits, and emergency response procedures with customer and HSSEQ teams.
• Lead commissioning and recommissioning of tanks and depots, ensuring adherence to technical and safety standards.
• Oversee contractors and operators during fuelling operations, ensuring compliance with ADNOC requirements.
• Authorize maintenance activities of fuelling assets while maintaining operational safety and integrity.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics.
• 10 years of experience in aviation fuelling, with at least 3-4 years in managerial roles.
• Strong understanding of fuelling operations, HSSEQ standards, and customer account management.
• Proven ability to coordinate across teams, manage customer relationships, and resolve operational issues.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
