Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and distribution targets.
Identify new business opportunities across UAE/GCC markets (modern trade, general trade, HORECA, wholesalers).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, promotions, and trade agreements.
Account & Territory Management
Manage key accounts and ensure optimal product visibility across shelves.
Conduct regular market visits to assess brand performance, competitor activity, and customer insights.
Expand distribution footprint and ensure product availability across assigned territories.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
Track KPIs such as volume growth, coverage, ROI on trade investments, and competitor trends.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
3 years of FMCG or food sales experience
in the
UAE/GCC market
.
Proven success in managing distributors, key accounts, and modern trade.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of FMCG product cycles, trade promotions, pricing, and merchandising.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Skills Required
Strong market knowledge of FMCG/food sector in UAE/GCC.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive targets.
