A well-established interior design firm in Dubai is seeking a results-driven

Business Development Manager

with a strong background in

joinery and fit-out

. This role is crucial to driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and maintaining relationships within the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic business development plans across the UAE market Identify and secure new business opportunities within the interior design and fit-out sectors Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers Prepare proposals, deliver client presentations, and manage tender submissions Negotiate project terms to secure favorable outcomes Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery Track industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the

joinery and fit-out industry

(mandatory) Strong knowledge of the UAE interior design market and key players Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently Must be currently based in

Dubai

Fluency in English is required
