valid UAE Driver's License
is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales function for acoustic and architectural products across the UAE.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, client networking, and project tracking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Oversee the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
Conduct client presentations, site visits, and participate in tender submissions.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and competitors.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years
of sales experience in
acoustic solutions
or
architectural/interior fit-out products
in the UAE.
Valid UAE Driver's License
is essential.
Strong network within the architecture, design, and construction sectors.
Proven ability to manage sales cycles from lead generation to closing.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and lead sales initiatives.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with acoustics, partitions, wall/ceiling solutions, or related architectural products.
Understanding of BOQs, tender documentation, and project specifications.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
