We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the Fit-Out sector. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a successful track record of closing high-value interior and fit-out projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify potential clients and business opportunities in commercial, retail, and residential sectors.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Act as the primary point of contact for major clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Business Development:
Generate leads through networking, site visits, cold calls, and industry events.
Conduct site surveys and client meetings to understand project requirements.
Proposal & Negotiation:
Coordinate with estimation and design teams to prepare proposals.
Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.
Team Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with project, design, and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
Experience: 9-10 years in Fit-Out sales, preferably in Dubai or wider UAE market.
Location Advantage: Based in or willing to work in Al Quoz, Dubai.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
