This role is perfect for a motivated professional with deep industry knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record in project-based sales within the construction, design, and interiors sectors. The position requires frequent travel for client meetings and project development; therefore, a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales operations for acoustic, architectural, and interior fit-out products throughout the UAE.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by tracking projects, networking, and gathering industry intelligence.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, estimation) to prepare and present tailored proposals.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, technical presentations, and support tender submissions.
Monitor sales performance, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and provide regular forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and innovations in materials and technologies relevant to the fit-out and architectural industries.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in acoustic systems, architectural products, or interior fit-out materials within the UAE.
License:
Valid UAE driving license required.
Network:
Established network and relationships within UAE architecture, design, and construction industries.
Sales Skills:
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, technical consultation, and deal closing.
Communication:
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
Work Ethic:
Self-motivated, strategic thinker, able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
