Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, tenders, and commercial offers
Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and timely submissions
Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in the UAE
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management
Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum
5-8 years of sales experience
in
interior fit-out / contracting companies
in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE fit-out market, pricing, and project cycles
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Valid
UAE Driving License
(mandatory)
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience handling high-value fit-out projects
Established client and consultant network in the UAE
Ability to work independently and under pressure
