Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced

Sales Manager

with a strong background in

project sales within the fit-out and interior design industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing high-value interior and fit-out projects. Candidates must have a

valid UAE driver's license

and a strong understanding of the UAE market, especially in commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers for fit-out and interior projects. Achieve and exceed sales targets through active business development and effective pipeline management. Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals to prospective clients. Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure contracts are aligned with company policies. Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments to capitalize on new opportunities. Attend client meetings, project briefings, site visits, and industry networking events. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and post-sale relationship management.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

10+ years

of proven sales experience in

project sales within the fit-out/interior design industry

in the UAE. Strong portfolio of completed sales in commercial, hospitality, or residential interior projects. In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and project lifecycles. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Existing network of clients and industry contacts in the UAE is a plus.

Valid UAE Driver's License

is mandatory. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
