We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

with strong experience in

acoustic solutions, architectural products, and fit-out project sales

. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in business development, client relationship management, and project-based sales within the UAE construction or interior design industry.
A

valid UAE Driver's License

is mandatory, as the role requires frequent site and client visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales function for acoustic, architectural, and fit-out products across the UAE. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and market penetration. Identify and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and project tracking. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers. Oversee the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams. Conduct presentations, attend client meetings, participate in tenders, and perform site visits as required. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and monthly performance reports to management. Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and competitive landscape. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and other industry events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum

5 years of sales experience

in acoustic solutions, architectural products, or interior fit-out sectors within the UAE.

Valid UAE Driver's License

is essential. Strong network within the architecture, interior design, and construction ecosystem. Proven track record in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and lead sales initiatives with minimal supervision. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
