Position Overview



We are seeking a

results-driven Sales Manager

with a proven track record in

acoustic systems, architectural product sales

, and

interior fit-out solutions

to lead our sales initiatives across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a well-established network, and the ability to close high-value deals. This is a field-based role requiring frequent client interaction; therefore, a valid UAE driving license is essential.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage sales operations for

acoustic

,

architectural

, and

interior fit-out solutions

across the UAE. Develop and implement

strategic sales plans

to drive revenue growth and exceed performance targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market research, project tracking platforms, and networking. Build and nurture long-term relationships with

architects, consultants, contractors, developers

, and key stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, engineering) to deliver customized technical and commercial proposals. Conduct

site visits

, lead

client presentations

, and manage negotiations to understand and fulfill client requirements. Maintain a strong

sales pipeline

, monitor KPIs, and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports. Stay updated on market trends, product innovations, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Represent the company at

trade shows, exhibitions

, and

industry events

to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.

Requirements



Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business

, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum

5 years of sales experience

in

acoustic systems

,

architectural products

, or

interior fit-out

within the UAE.

License:

A

valid UAE driving license

is required.

Network:

Strong connections within the UAE's

construction, architecture

, and

design

sectors.

Skills:

Proven ability to manage the complete

sales cycle

, from lead generation to deal closure. Excellent

communication, negotiation

relationship-building

skills. Strategic thinker with a

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
