Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales activities for
acoustic and architectural products
across the UAE.
Develop and implement effective
sales strategies
to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities via
networking, market analysis, and project tracking
.
Build strong, long-term relationships with
architects, consultants, contractors
, and
developers
.
Prepare and deliver
technical and commercial proposals
in collaboration with internal teams.
Conduct
client meetings, site visits
, and participate in
tendering processes
.
Provide accurate
sales forecasts
, monitor the sales pipeline, and report to senior management.
Keep abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
Represent the company at
industry events, exhibitions
, and trade shows.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business
, or related field.
5-10 years of UAE-based sales experience
in
acoustic solutions or architectural fit-out/interior products
.
Valid
UAE Driver's License
is
essential
.
Strong network across
architecture, design, and construction
sectors.
Track record in
end-to-end sales cycle management
, from lead generation to closing.
Exceptional
negotiation, communication, and presentation
skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with
acoustic panels, partitions, ceiling/wall systems
, or similar architectural products.
Understanding of
BOQs, tender documents
, and project technical specifications.
Familiarity with
CRM tools
and the
Microsoft Office Suite
.
Proficiency in English;
Arabic
is a plus.
