We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales activities for acoustic solutions and architectural fit-out products across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record in project-based sales within construction, design, and interiors sectors. This role requires frequent client engagement and site visits, making a valid UAE driving license mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales operations for acoustic, architectural, and interior fit-out product lines throughout the UAE.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through project tracking, networking, and market intelligence.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, engineering, estimation) to prepare and deliver tailored proposals.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, technical presentations, and assist with tender submissions.
Monitor sales performance, manage a robust sales pipeline, and provide regular forecasts and reports to senior management.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and innovations in materials and technologies relevant to the fit-out and architectural sectors.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in acoustic systems, architectural products, or interior fit-out materials within the UAE market.
Valid UAE driving license is essential.
Strong professional network and established relationships within the architecture, design, and construction industries in the UAE.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle--from lead generation and technical consultation to deal closing.
Exceptional negotiation, client relationship management, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
