Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets. Oversee the full sales cycle for both off-plan and secondary market transactions. Execute strategic sales plans that leverage your personal brand and social media presence. Generate high-quality leads through your digital influence and industry network. Build and nurture strong relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients. Train, coach, and motivate your team for consistent success. Work closely with the marketing team to boost listing visibility and brand reach. Ensure compliance with RERA and company standards. Bring a minimum of 4 team members with you upon joining.

Requirements

6-8 years of UAE real estate experience with a strong record of high-volume sales. Recognized personal brand and strong social media presence in Dubai real estate. Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams. Valid UAE driving license and own car is mandatory. RERA certification is required. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Arabic is mandatory. Own visa preferred; visa sponsorship can be arranged. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills. Immediate availability is highly preferred. Female candidates only.
