Job Overview
We are looking for a
Sales Manager (FM)
with strong UAE market experience to grow our Facilities Management business. The role focuses onnew client acquisition, FM contracts, tenders, and long-term client relationships
.Key Responsibilities
Generate new business for
FM services (Hard & Soft)
Identify and pursueFM contracts & AMC opportunities
Handleclient meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Preparequotations, proposals, and tender submissions
Achieve monthly & annualsales targets
Build strong relationships withclients, consultants & developers
Coordinate withoperations & technical teams
Maintain accurateCRM & sales pipeline reports
Requirements
5+ years UAE experience
in FM sales (mandatory) Strong knowledge ofHard & Soft FM services
Proven record ofclosing FM contracts
Excellentcommunication & negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree (Business / Engineering preferred)UAE Driving License
preferred Fluent inEnglish
