to lead business development and client acquisition within the Facilities Management sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a sales team, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring targets are met across various service verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives across all FM services
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, tenders, and partnerships with developers, consultants, and property management firms
Identify and pursue large-scale B2B opportunities in sectors such as real estate, hospitality, retail, education, and healthcare
Prepare proposals, tender submissions, and commercial presentations
Lead, train, and manage a team of outdoor sales executives
Manage key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales planning
Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate pricing and service delivery
Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline updates to senior management
Requirements:
Minimum 4-6 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management sales or related services
Strong network of industry contacts (real estate, property management, government or semi-government sectors is a plus)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of FM services including soft and hard services
Valid UAE driving license
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
