, you will lead the FM sales function by developing strategies to win new business, expand existing accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will oversee a portfolio of FM services including
Hard Services
(MEP, HVAC, Civil, ELV, Fire & Safety) and
Soft Services
(cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve business growth targets.
Identify and secure new FM contracts across the UAE, targeting commercial, residential, industrial, and public sector clients.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, tender submissions, negotiations, and closing.
Collaborate with operations, technical, and finance teams to design competitive, customized FM solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships to support upselling and contract renewals.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior leadership.
Mentor and manage junior sales or business development staff (if applicable).
Candidate Requirements
4-5 years of proven sales experience
in Facilities Management within the UAE or GCC.
Strong knowledge of
both Hard and Soft FM services
, including contract structuring and service delivery models.
Demonstrated ability to close large-scale FM contracts (IFM, TFM, or single-service).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills.
Well-connected within the UAE FM/property management industry (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office tools.
Valid UAE Driving License is
