The primary responsibility will be to Sell, Develop and Grow Measurement Solutions products & service business in Abu Dhabi for assigned end user sites.

This position is based out of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The Sales Manager (End User Business) is responsible to lead all sales opportunities and business development activities for Measurement Solutions Business for end users\' sites of ADNOC and other Industries. Selected person will be responsible for meeting / exceeding the goals for the Measurement Solutions product lines and services in the defined sales territory of end users by maintaining & encouraging key relationships for business/project activity.

Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
  • Develop and complete sites account plans for assigned end-user sites.
  • Regular visits these sites after completing the visit requirements like CICPA pass or safety training etc.
  • Prepare the site base organization structure and identify key partners of the end users.
  • Build shown relationship with major partners and understand key difficulties of end user site.
  • Work with sites on differentiated solution to address customer pains and gain market share through driven displacement.
  • Proactively promote the complete portfolio of Measurement Solution and be responsible for the sales of products & services in assigned end-user sites.
  • Follow up the leads generated through site sales activity till order finalization even through third party contractors or Local business partners.
  • Ensure order received is commercially & technically clear as per company norms and get it booked in our booking system.
  • Meet or exceed the financial objectives set at the start of the year.
  • Provide accurate project funnel and order booking forecasts to the Regional Manager for the assigned customers.
  • Lead and work closely with the Marketing and Business Development team for the implementation of Sales Strategies and Service opportunities with End-users, OEM\'s, System Integrators & Contractors.
  • Run & implement pricing/buying agreements.
  • Keep up to date with developments and trends in products, industries, and market conditions.
  • Implement to local and International Emerson trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.
  • Fulfill any other reasonable duties as the need arises.
What do I need to be considered for this role?

Basic Qualifications
  • in Instrumentation or Electronics with 10 - 12 years (min) of Sales / Business Development experience in Middle East for Field Instruments in various industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Metals & Mining etc. with a proven track record of success in sales.
  • This role requires in depth knowledge of field Instruments like Pressure, Temperature Transmitters, Analytical & Flow instruments.
  • Demonstrates ability to efficiently interact, collaborate and communicate (i.e., must has good oral, written and presentation skills) within a sophisticated matrix organization.
  • The candidate must have experience in working with teams, and large project management in matrix organizations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong industry credibility and known to work with selling measurement solutions and providing technical support is a mainstay.
  • Lead by example in areas of personal character, dedication, selling skills and work habits.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of supplier relationship/customer management with a keen and strategic understanding of Measurement Solutions Group and end-user strategy is central.
  • Must possess outstanding \xe2\x80\x9csoloing\xe2\x80\x9d skills needed to navigate through the Organization and get things done to support strategic customers.
