HID\'s Physical Access Control Solutions Business (PACS)

The PACS business is highly visible and one of our most significant portfolios within HID Global. The PACS products include smart cards, cloud-based mobile access and identifications solutions, software, and controllers for physical access control. This role is based in Saudi Arabia and will cover Saudi Arabia, Irak and Bahrain. The role will report into the Commercial Director, Middle East and Africa region, based in Dubai. This role will be the voice of HID and help us be the \xe2\x80\x9ctrusted advisor\xe2\x80\x9d to both the end user and influencer / consultant communities.

As our Business Development manager you\'ll support HID\'s success by:

• Developing and scheduling the deployment of required Named End-user programs to address individual End-user needs.
• Identifying and understanding the business models of the Named End-user accounts as it relates to security.
• Cooperating and coordinating with company internal technical resources and project teams to effectively communicate the expansion / transition to future technology.
• Providing educational/awareness briefings and trainings for End-users to reinforce HID Global role as a \xe2\x80\x9cTrusted Advisor\xe2\x80\x9d.
• Interfacing, collaborating, and communicating effectively with other departments and business units/functional groups addressing the end-user in support of HID Global goals.
• Maintaining a high degree of product knowledge, more on the spectrum/benefit/road map level.
• Attending applicable industry tradeshows, meetings, and other HID internal and external events, especially with focus on speaking and presentation opportunity.
• Providing timely and accurate monthly status report of group activities and progress using including product mix, timelines for delivery and revenue contribution.
• Cooperating with end user marketing for end user focused tools such as, developing whitepapers, brochures, web presence, speaker engagements, end user events, and \xe2\x80\x9clead\xe2\x80\x9d nurturing new customers moving from physical access to digital mobile technologies.

What we will love about your background:

• Understanding and experience with the end user corporate culture, environment, and decision processes.
• Strong knowledge of consultant community requirements and tools related to this vertical.
• Demonstrated sales and business development track record in meeting and increasing project sales and recurring revenue targets.

Your Experience and Education include:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business or technology preferred.
• Access control solutions and related technologies in Saudi Arabia
• Minimum 7 years of related Business Development experience in Saudi Arabia Banking, Telecoms, Critical Infrastructure and commercial real estate highly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years\' experience in projects supporting access control and cloud-based platform and services strongly desired.
• Ability to travel up to 50% required.
• Must have verbal and written fluency in English.
• Must speak Arabic
