Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Sales Manager - ELV

to lead and grow our Extra Low Voltage (ELV) business. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, proven leadership skills, and a solid track record in project-based sales. This role involves managing the sales team, developing new business opportunities, and working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to secure profitable projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ELV revenue and growth targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the ELV sales team to improve performance and market penetration. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, techno-commercial proposals, and negotiations to project award. Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate technical and commercial submissions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular management reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and industry standards.

CCTV & Video Surveillance Systems Access Control & Time Attendance Systems Structured Cabling (Data & Voice) Public Address & Background Music Systems Audio-Visual & Conference Room Solutions Intrusion / Security Alarm Systems SMATV / IPTV / Intercom Systems BMS & Integration (preferred)
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

8-12 years of experience

in ELV sales, with at least

3-5 years in a managerial or team-lead role

. Strong understanding of ELV products, systems, and project execution workflows. Proven ability to manage key accounts and close large project deals. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong network with consultants, contractors, and developers in the UAE. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
