Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Sales Manager - ELV (Project Sales)

to lead and expand our Extra-Low Voltage systems business across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ELV, security, and building technology systems, with a proven track record in project sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement

strategic sales plans

to achieve revenue and market share targets for ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, Public Address, BMS, and related technologies. Identify, qualify, and secure

project sales opportunities

with developers, consultants, MEP contractors, and system integrators. Manage the

full sales cycle

: lead generation, client meetings, technical presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure. Collaborate with

design, estimation, and technical teams

to ensure proposals meet project specifications and client requirements. Build and maintain

strong relationships

with key decision-makers in the construction, real estate, and MEP sectors. Conduct

market analysis

to monitor competitors, pricing trends, and emerging technologies. Represent the company at

trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events

to enhance brand presence and generate new business. Provide regular

sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports

to senior management. Ensure all sales activities comply with

company policies and UAE regulations

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in

Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

.

10-15 years

of project sales experience in

ELV, security, or Smart Home Automation systems

within the UAE. Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, IPTV, SMATV, BMS, Intercom, and related technologies. Established

network of clients, consultants, and contractors

in the UAE construction and MEP sectors. Excellent

sales, negotiation, and communication

skills. Strong

business acumen

with the ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.

Valid UAE Driving License

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
