Job Responsibilities:

Developing new business plans by effective execution of customer coverage plan for self and team in the assigned region and retaining the existing ones.
Building relationships with clients and maintaining the best relationship with stakeholders.
Must have good product knowledge of Material handling equipment.
Making technical presentations and using technical skills to demonstrate to customers during meetings.
Negotiating and closing sales technically and commercially by agreeing on terms and conditions.
Accompanying the team for potential client visits either in the private or governmental sector.
Engaging in after-sales support and maintaining customer database as always updated into CRM.
Meeting the assigned targets and striving to exceed them.
Maintaining weekly and monthly performance reporting of the team in the agreed format.
Following up with product support and admin team for proper execution of deliveries, procurement, documentation, etc.

Job Requirements:

Must have 10 \xe2\x80\x93 15 years of UAE sales experience in the material handling equipment division.
Qualification - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering.
Must have UAE Driving License.
