As
Sales Manager (Drilling)
, your primary objective is to expand our Drilling division business beyond its current size. You will drive significant business growth, increase sales revenue, and enhance our market presence by developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and fine-tuning product and service offerings. You will build and maintain strong client relationships with existing and new clients, build and manage the sales team, and continuously improve sales processes. Collaborating with marketing, production, and procurement teams, you will ensure product offerings meet market demands and are delivered on time. You will also prepare and manage the sales budget, conduct pricing analysis, and negotiate favorable contracts. Your role includes developing strategies to enter new territories, leading marketing and business development initiatives, and forging strategic partnerships. Your business acumen will be crucial in ensuring our offerings meet market demands, driving the growth of our drilling division through effective product development, market expansion, and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the onshore and offshore drilling market segments.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive dynamics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including oil and gas operators and drilling contractors.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their drilling requirements.
Collaborate closely with clients to address concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for business growth and market penetration.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
Utilize market intelligence to identify opportunities for product development and competitive advantage.
Develop marketing strategies by identifying exhibitions, conferences, blogs for new market penetration.
Be a Product Champion:
Work closely with the leadership team to ensure timely introduction of new products to meet sector demands.
Introduce new services that would enhance the capabilities of the sector.
Exhibits a comprehensive technical and commercial understanding of new products and their application in the Drilling Sector.
Collaborate with the product development team to enhance and expand the existing product range.
Conduct thorough market research to identify gaps and opportunities in the product portfolio.
Develop effective communication strategies to convey product value propositions to customers.
Coordinate and facilitate visits to manufacturing centers and suppliers to strengthen the partnerships.
Market Analysis and Competitor Insights:
Key competitors' identification and report, including insights into competitor strategies and market movements related to
New projects.
New products & services that are coming into the market within the industry.
Regional knowledge of the market.
Research on new market development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Additional sales or industry-specific certifications would be advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of sales management experience within the Drilling sector.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
