Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients to promote digital services and retail media packages.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Consistently work towards achieving and surpassing assigned sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide seamless post-sale support to ensure effective client onboarding and utilization of services.
- Conduct market research to track trends, identify new business opportunities, and analyze competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and operations to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and deal progress using CRM systems.
- Report sales activities, market insights, and opportunities to the Head of Sales regularly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in digital services, advertising, or retail media sectors.
- Familiarity with UAE, Egypt, or KSA markets is a plus.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.
