Overview of the role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to support the Head of Sales in driving revenue growth across UAE, Egypt, and KSA. This role focuses on selling digital services and retail media solutions to a wide range of businesses, ensuring they maximize their engagement with our platforms members. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing and retail media. What you will do: Sales Execution
Identify and approach potential clients in the respective market to pitch digital services packages.
Assist in managing the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Provide post-sale support to clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and utilization of services
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct research to identify market trends, potential clients, and competitor activity in each region.
Gather client feedback and share insights with the Head of Sales to refine strategies.
Collaboration
Work closely with the Head of Sales to align on sales strategies and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to deliver on client requirements.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance and market opportunities.
