Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Business Operations
Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, referrals, and industry events.
Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines to propose suitable workspace solutions.
Prepare and present concept proposals, quotations, and design presentations.
Maintain a professional, client-first approach to foster long-term relationships.
Design Consultation & Project Oversight
Lead design discussions and provide creative, functional workspace concepts.
Oversee the creation of space plans and quotations for the design team.
Ensure design proposals meet client expectations, functional needs, and brand standards.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor project timelines and address any design-related challenges promptly.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
Manage and improve operational processes to optimize productivity.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflow across teams
Guide and mentor junior design consultants and sales staff to enhance team capabilities.
Implement quality control measures to ensure service and product standards.
Prepare and analyze operational reports for management review.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' combined experience in client-facing roles and design consultancy, preferably in workspace, furniture, or interior fit-out.
Strong design portfolio and expertise in space planning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and MS Office.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
