Sales Manager – Corporate Accounts (printer Toners)

Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations, specifically targeting Tier 1 corporate and enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and secure large-scale business opportunities from Tier 1 and enterprise clients. Manage a portfolio of high-value B2B accounts and drive upselling/cross-selling. Guide, mentor, and supervise the field sales team to meet team sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the UAE corporate market. Coordinate with telesales and marketing teams for lead generation and campaign alignment. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to optimize sales strategy. Ensure CRM and sales reporting accuracy.

Requirements:



Mandatory: 4+ years of sales leadership experience with a strong focus on printer toner sales in UAE. Demonstrated success in selling to Tier 1 and enterprise-level clients. Proven team management experience and ability to motivate field sales teams. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Must be residing in Dubai/UAE. Must be willing to travel within UAE
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
