Job Summary

The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients. This role requires a proactive and results-driven professional who can generate new business, manage existing accounts, and consistently achieve sales targets while representing the ECOS lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate accounts. Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activities. Manage and grow existing accounts by ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. You will maintain and develop key accounts for the property not limited to DIP, Production City, Jebel Ali areas.

Experience & Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales within the hospitality industry (UAE experience preferred).

Strong background in handling corporate accounts. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player. Knowledge of the Dubai corporate market will be a strong advantage.
