We are currently looking for an experienced and target-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our

Business Setup

sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team, driving performance and achieving revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities in Mainland and Freezone company formations (B2B & B2C). Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals. Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice on business setup procedures, licensing, and regulations. Monitor team KPIs, sales pipelines, and conversion rates. Provide hands-on support in closing high-value deals and key accounts. Analyze market trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Ensure a consultative sales approach is followed by the team, providing high-quality customer experiences.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience

in

UAE business setup consulting

(Mainland & Freezone is a must). Proven track record in

sales leadership

and consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets. Deep understanding of UAE company formation procedures, Freezone and Mainland licensing, and compliance. Excellent

communication, negotiation

, and

team leadership

skills. Must be self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

UAE presence is mandatory.
