Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
Actively generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
Promote and sell business setup and related corporate services.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
Consultation & Business Support
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business setup options (Mainland, Freezone, Offshore).
Advise on company formation procedures, documentation, and legal requirements.
Market Knowledge & Strategy
Stay updated with UAE business laws and licensing procedures.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through ongoing support and service excellence.
Documentation & CRM
Manage client records and update databases accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements
Male candidates only.
2-3 years of proven sales experience
in business setup, consultancy, or a similar field in the UAE.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated.
Knowledge of Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore company formations is a strong advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and handle a dynamic sales environment.
