Mycon Marketing Management is hiring Sales Managers and Business Development Managers for its retail banking division: Sales Manager- Retail Banking
- Must have 8 or more years of experience in retail banking division of credit cards/ personal loans in the U.A.E.
- Ability to build and manage a fleet of 100 + sales staff with an eagerness to expand the team.
- Passionate to lead and achieve monthly/ yearly targets.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or related field. Masters degree will be a plus
- Minimum 5 or more years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the area of banking as business development manager.
- sales executive or a relevant role in the U.A.E.
- Excellent market and product knowledge in retail banking for example, cards and personal loans.
- Competitor\xe2\x80\x99s analysis to better strategize for business development strategies.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or related field.
