Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business in plumbing-related building materials
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key clients
Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base across the UAE
Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely product availability
Conduct regular market visits and attend industry events to stay updated
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in sales within the
building materials plumbing field
Strong knowledge of plumbing products such as
PPR, UPVC, HDPE pipes & fittings
, valves, accessories, etc.
Proven ability to lead a sales team and deliver results
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in English, Hindi; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
Valid UAE Driving License is a must
