Position Summary:

We are seeking a

Field Sales Manager

with hands-on experience in selling

construction finishing materials

. This role is pivotal in expanding our B2B network by building long-term relationships with

tile installers, applicators, contractors, consultants, and procurement managers

. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technical products and thrive in a field-based, results-oriented sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients in the

finishing and construction material sector

Promote and sell the company's core products including

tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing membranes, levelling compounds, plaster, screed, and primers

Conduct on-site meetings and technical presentations to contractors, engineers, architects, and procurement officers Provide product recommendations and solutions based on project specifications Collaborate with technical support to conduct application trials or mock-ups as needed Prepare and follow up on quotes, negotiate pricing, and close orders Maintain accurate client records, sales pipeline, and market intelligence Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events Meet or exceed

monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

3-5 years minimum experience

in field sales of

construction or building finishing materials

Existing network of clients in

tile installation, waterproofing, or interior fit-out sectors

Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, procurement cycles, and project decision-makers Ability to read technical datasheets and confidently explain product specifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Highly motivated and self-driven with a professional attitude Valid UAE driving license Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
