Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Sales Manager
with in-depth knowledge of
ceramics, marble, and building materials
to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and the ability to lead a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for ceramics, marble, and related building materials.
Identify and onboard new clients (contractors, developers, distributors, etc.) while nurturing existing accounts.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure seamless operations.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Provide technical expertise on product specifications, applications, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience

building materials

Strong knowledge of product applications, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.
