Position Overview

We are hiring a

Field Sales Manager (Building Materials)

to drive business growth through active field engagement and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

selling finishing and construction materials

, an established client network, and a passion for technical products and on-site sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand the company's

B2B client base

in the construction and finishing materials sector Promote and sell key products:

tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing membranes, leveling compounds, plaster, screed, and primers

Conduct

on-site visits, meetings, and technical presentations

with contractors, engineers, consultants, and procurement managers Recommend suitable products based on

project specifications and application requirements

Work with the technical team to arrange

mock-ups, trials, or demonstrations

Prepare and follow up on

quotations, negotiations, and order closures

Maintain updated records of clients, opportunities, and market trends Represent the company at

industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows

Achieve or exceed assigned

monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

3-5 years

of proven experience in

field / outdoor sales

of building or finishing materials Strong existing client network in

tile installation, waterproofing, or interior fit-out sectors

In-depth understanding of

UAE construction practices, procurement cycles, and project stakeholders

Ability to

read and interpret technical datasheets

and explain specifications confidently Excellent

communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, result-oriented

, and capable of working independently

Valid UAE driving license

Fluent English

(Arabic is an advantage)
