Key Responsibilities

Proactively seek and acquire new clients (with a keen understanding of our target audience) Conduct market research and competitive analysis Foster and sustain long-term relationships with clients Manage client inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and terms Deliver exceptional customer service Conduct negotiations and close deals Maintain records
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience on the Emirates market (experience in real estate, interior design, architecture, fit out, or related fields are mandatory) Proficiency in English and Arabic/Hindi/Russian (one of them) Having driving licence and experience Understanding of sales cycle Ability to work with premium segments Skills in effective negotiation, building and maintaining long-term client relationships Goal-oriented and results-driven Strong communication, organizational skills, and positive mindset
What We Offer:

Full-time position from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, with flexibility for client communication beyond these hours Work in our office and showroom located in Dubai Media City, with active city trips for client engagements Official employment compliant with UAE legislation (assistance provided for work visa) Join a progressive, positive, and supportive team open to dialogue and collaboration Growth opportunities up to the role of Head of Sales
Compensation:

Competitive salary consisting of a rate of AED 8000 and a bonus motivation system that allows you to earn from AED 20,000 per month and more in the first months (up to AED 40,000 and above) We welcome your payment level inquiries for further discussion
