Our mission is to bring this success story to

Dubai and the wider GCC region

. To achieve this, we are looking for an experienced

Sales Manager (m/f/d)

with strong contacts in the

beauty industry and major salon chains

.

Your Responsibilities

Acquire and manage partnerships with

salons, salon chains, and retail partners

(perfumery, pharmacies, concept stores). Leverage and expand your existing

network in the Dubai/GCC beauty industry

. Present, promote, and sell our beauty brands directly to partners. Conduct

product demos and presentations

(lashes, nails, PMU). Represent the company at

trade shows, events, and masterclasses

to acquire new clients. Collaborate closely with marketing and management to build our brand leadership in Dubai. Support the

launch of new brands

into the GCC market.

Your Profile

Several years of

sales experience in the beauty industry

in

Dubai/GCC

(international experience is not required).

Strong network with major salon chains and decision-makers

in the beauty market. Practical experience as a

stylist

(lashes, nails, PMU) is a plus - you should be able to demonstrate and showcase products to clients. Passion for beauty trends and a strong understanding of salon and retail business needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target- and results-driven, with a proactive, hands-on approach. Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.
