Core Duties
Influencer & Talent Partnerships

• Identify and collaborate with top regional influencers and celebrities for co-branded fragrance and beauty launches
• Own influencer communication from onboarding through to campaign execution
• Align influencer personal brands with product positioning, content creation, and storytelling

Product Development

• Work closely with design and sourcing teams to develop private label SKUs that align with both brand and influencer vision
• Coordinate product samples, fragrance development, and packaging sign-offs
• Stay informed on emerging beauty trends and integrate them into future product planning

Project Execution

• Maintain timelines and manage all moving parts of product and campaign development
• Track approvals, deliverables, and sample readiness to meet launch deadlines
• Ensure flawless execution by aligning stakeholders from planning to go-live

Content and Marketing Integration

• Support brief creation and campaign shoots for influencer-led launches
• Collaborate with digital, PR, and e-commerce teams to align content, PDPs, and social strategy
• Ensure campaigns reflect influencer tone while maximizing sales conversion

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

• Liaise with external vendors and internal logistics teams to meet cost and delivery targets
• Ensure availability of finished goods in time for campaign rollouts

Performance Monitoring

• Track influencer KPIs, campaign performance, and sales results
• Deliver insights and recommendations for future influencer collaborations

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or product development (ideally in beauty or lifestyle sectors)
• Understanding of the GCC influencer ecosystem and cultural trends
• Excellent project management, stakeholder coordination, and multitasking skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; knowledge of PLM tools or AR/AI apps is advantageous
