to lead and grow our facade and aluminum business based in Al Quoz, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market exposure, established industry relationships, and a proven track record in selling aluminum and facade solutions to contractors, consultants, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for aluminum and facade projects across the UAE
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and margin targets
Identify and secure new business opportunities with developers, consultants, main contractors, and clients
Promote aluminum systems, facade solutions, curtain wall, glazing, and cladding works
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
Oversee preparation of technical and commercial proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
Coordinate closely with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate bids and successful project handover
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports for management
Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects
Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum
7-10 years of sales experience
in aluminum and facade systems within the UAE
Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication, facade systems, curtain wall, glazing, and industry standards
Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client management skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Self-driven, strategic, and commercially focused
