Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Sales Manager - Aluminum & Facade

to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the facade and aluminum systems segment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of facade solutions, a proven sales background, and an existing network within the construction and architectural industry. This role involves business development, client relationship management, team leadership, and collaboration with internal technical and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for growth and profitability. Identify new business opportunities and key decision-makers in the construction and architectural sectors. Maintain and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers. Supervise and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and participate in negotiations. Stay up to date on market trends, competitor products, and innovations in facade and aluminum systems. Collaborate with the estimation and design teams to provide customized and competitive solutions to clients. Monitor project pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, and track conversions. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration (preferred). Minimum

8-15 years

of sales experience in aluminum and facade systems. In-depth knowledge of aluminum profiles, curtain wall systems, cladding, glazing, etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Valid UAE (or applicable country) Driving License is

mandatory

. Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing network of clients and stakeholders within the GCC construction market. Understanding of facade engineering and design principles. Experience working with international facade system suppliers or subcontractors.
