Position Overview:



We are looking for a

results-driven and strategic Sales Manager

to lead our aluminum and facade sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of facade systems and a strong track record in

business development

,

sales leadership

, and

project-based selling

. This role involves managing a sales team, developing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across commercial, residential, and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Business Development



Develop and implement

strategic sales plans

to exceed revenue and market growth targets. Identify and secure

new business opportunities

through market research, industry networking, and client outreach. Build a robust pipeline of project opportunities, driving

long-term sales growth

in aluminum and facade segments.

Client & Market Engagement



Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with

architects, consultants, contractors

, and

real estate developers

. Represent the company at

client meetings, industry events, trade shows

, and site visits to promote products and services. Stay abreast of

industry trends, competitor strategies

, and client requirements to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Team Leadership & Collaboration



Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing

sales team

, setting clear KPIs and providing ongoing training and support. Collaborate closely with

engineering, procurement, and project management

teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and successful delivery.

Sales Operations & Reporting



Oversee the entire

sales cycle

: from lead generation and client engagement to quotation, negotiation, and contract closure. Prepare and deliver accurate

sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analytics

to senior leadership. Monitor and manage

CRM systems

to track activities, opportunities, and client communications.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Education:


Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing

, or a related field.

Experience:


Minimum

10 years of sales experience

in the aluminum, facade, or construction materials industry.

Industry Expertise:


Strong technical understanding of

curtain walls, ACP cladding, structural glazing

, louvers, and architectural aluminum systems.

Leadership:


Demonstrated experience in

leading sales teams

, setting goals, and achieving targets in a competitive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
