Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager - Aluminum and Facade
to lead our sales team and drive business growth within aluminum and facade systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and overseeing project-based sales activities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets for aluminum and facade products.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, market research, and client referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, developers, and other key stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for senior management review.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience in aluminum systems, facade solutions, or related construction materials.
Strong technical knowledge of aluminum curtain walls, cladding, glazing systems, and facade industry standards.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driving license preferred.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
