We are seeking a dynamic and result -sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the aluminium & glass industry.
Key Responsibilities
1, Strategic Planning
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer needs identify business opportunities.
2, team Leadership
Recruit train and manage a high performing sales team.
Set clear objectives and performance metrics, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure success.
3, Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationship with key client, including architects, contractors, and developers.
Oversee contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.
4, sales Operations
Develop pricing strategies and ensure adherence to company policies.
Monitor sales activities, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
5, market Expansion
Explore new markets and partnerships to expand the company's reach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
v Proven experience as a sales preferably in the aluminium and glass or construction materials industry.
v Strong knowledge of sales processes, negotiation techniques and market dynamics.
v Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills abilities to work under pressure and achieve ambitious targets.
Required Qualification________Preferably Graduate Sales & Marketing.
Driving Licence Required
